Please ensure the correct delivery address is given when ordering to avoid any delays in receiving your goods.
All orders placed before 1pm will go out for a standard next day service. Goods are delivered between 9am and 5pm. Please bear in mind deliveries are processed with the aim to be delivered the next day but can take up to 3 days.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you at the time of order, and give an approximate date of delivery.
All goods must be signed for at point of delivery. No goods will be left at delivery point without a signature. After two attempts the goods are returned to us. We reserve the right to re-charge any delivery costs if we re-send the goods to you.
Express Same day and Special Saturday Delivery
We offer same day or Saturday delivery for all London customers. The delivery price will be given at the time of the order depending on its size and price.
Deliveries (Overseas)
For delivery prices overseas please contact us directly on 020 8905 0555 or info@jenpak.co.uk. The minimum order for overseas is 1 box.
Collecting your order
Goods can be collected from our Stanmore warehouse. Please contact the office to confirm your order is ready before collection on 020 8905 0555 or info@jenpak.co.uk.
Returns/Collections
Returns must be requested in writing by e-mail to info@jenpak.co.uk. Goods must be returned as they were sold, unopened in their original packaging and in a resell-able condition. A 40% collection/handle fee will be charged per item returned. Once we receive the goods back a refund will be processed. If the goods were collected, then this charge will be taken off the refund.
All return requests will be assessed on an individual basis. If the goods delivered were incorrect and the error was ours, we will arrange the collection and a refund in full when the goods are back with us.
